Order Cancellation Before Shipment
If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, you can contact our customer support team at pinkshellapparels@gmail.com or call us at +91-9711033556 (Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM).
Once the cancellation request is verified and accepted, the order will be cancelled and the refund will be initiated within 2–3 business working days.
Order Cancellation After Shipment
If the cancellation request is made after the shipment has already been dispatched, the refund will be processed only after the products are received back and verified at our warehouse.
Refund Process

For cancellations before shipment, refunds are initiated within 2–3 business working days from the date of receiving the request.

For cancellations after shipment or returns, refunds are initiated after the product has been received and inspected at our warehouse.
Mode of Refund

For payments made through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be credited to the same account used for payment within 4–5 business working days after the return verification.
Please note: It may take an additional 2–3 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank/payment provider.
