Refund Timeline

Refunds are typically processed within 1 to 6 business days after successful quality verification of the returned product. Please note that the final credit timeline also depends on your bank or payment provider, and Pinkshell is not liable for delays caused by third-party services.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued directly to the original source of payment (e.g., debit/credit card, UPI, net banking). Once processed, the mode of refund cannot be changed. In the rare event that the refund to your original payment method fails, we will reach out to collect your bank account details and process the refund through NEFT.
