Product Exchange Policy
At Pinkshell, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. While we strive to ensure that every product meets your expectations, we understand that there may be rare instances where you are not fully satisfied with your purchase. In such cases, the following exchange policy will apply:
Damaged or Tampered Package
If the packaging of your order appears damaged or tampered with at the time of delivery, we kindly request you not to accept the package. Instead, please report the issue immediately to our customer support team so we can arrange a replacement promptly.
Damaged or Defective Products
If the product you’ve received is defective or damaged, please reach out to our customer care team by email or phone within 3 working days of receiving the order. Issues such as incorrect sizing, colour mismatch, or wrong item delivery will be considered valid for exchange. Please note that damage caused due to improper usage will not be eligible for replacement.
Product Exchange Eligibility
If the product delivered does not meet your satisfaction, we are happy to replace it with another product of equal value. Exchange requests must be initiated within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To begin the exchange process, please contact our support team at pinkshellapparels@gmail.com or via phone at 9711033556. Once we receive and inspect the returned product and verify the reported issue, a replacement will be issued, provided the item is unused and returned in its original packaging. Failure to meet these conditions may lead to denial of the exchange.
Exchanges will be fulfilled based on the availability of the requested size or style. If unavailable, alternate options or store credit may be offered.
Exchange Time Limit
For any exchange, customers must raise the request within 72 hours of delivery. In case of a defective product, please report the issue to us within 7 days of receiving the item.
