Pinkshell may cancel or refuse any order in cases of product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Payment

Payments for purchases can be made through Paytm Payment Gateway and other accepted methods available at checkout. By submitting your payment details, you authorize Paytm to process transactions on behalf of Pinkshell. We do not store your payment card or banking details. All transactions are secured through Paytm’s encryption and security protocols.

Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped within a specified number of business days after payment confirmation. Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier service. Any applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout.

Returns and Refunds

Customers may request a return or exchange within seven days of delivery, provided the product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original method of payment within seven to ten business days after quality inspection. Customized or discounted products may not be eligible for return.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and product images displayed on the Pinkshell website are the intellectual property of Pinkshell. Any unauthorized reproduction, copying, or misuse is strictly prohibited.
